About

From my very first practice, I was immediately drawn to the mind-body connection of yoga. I found a deep sense of calm and focus on my mat, and I felt grounded in the present moment as I connected to my body and my breath.

Work opportunities led my husband and I on an amazing journey through the U.S., China, and across Canada. Our most recent adventure brings us to the emerald pastures and rugged coastline of West Cork, Ireland.

In the vibrant city of Shanghai, I studied Hatha and Iyengar yoga and began my journey as a teacher. Always a student first, I believe in lifelong learning and I am inspired by the students and teachers I have met around the world.  My additional studies include Restorative and Yin yoga, yoga for cancer, therapeutic applications of yoga, yoga anatomy and injury management, as well as extensive study in mindfulness and meditation.

I am passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga and meditation. I encourage my students to practice with the curiosity of a beginner’s mind, to explore their inner landscape as they align the external body, to move mindfully with a deep connection to the breath, and to find their own true expression of each pose and each moment.

Please join me on the mat for a class! Check out my current class offerings, and enjoy this free Flow & Restore practice anytime.
