Weekly Classes Online

Join me via Zoom for accessible, all-levels classes with Chameleon Yoga.  All classes are recorded, so if you’re unable to join me live you can enjoy the recording for 1 week afterwards.

  • MINDFUL MONDAYS! Start the week off right with  Healing Hatha Mondays at 9am ET. Balance movement and stillness, effort and ease, all while building strength, flexibility and balance in a mindful way.
  • MONTH-END REST & REJUVENATION! The last Saturday of the month, 12pm ET: Flow & Restore. Mellow flow + blissful stillness = a healing balm for mind, body & spirit.

Healing Yoga Recorded Series

Join me for a nourishing, accessible practice for all levels and abilities that blends Yin, Hatha, and Restorative yoga.  Healing Yoga focuses on mindful movement and connection to the breath, creating a practice that strengthens, opens and restores the body while calming and refreshing the mind. Classes are offered as registered 8-week series with online on-demand access. Our next series begins November 25th! Contact me to learn more.

Private Classes

Private sessions provide a more personalised experience than group classes, a place where you can ask questions and have your specific needs and issues addressed.  I have worked extensively with students who are managing illness and injury, as well as those who are looking for tools to help them alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression.  Sessions include meditation and calming breathwork, as well as postures that are tailored to your particular needs.  Based on your needs and requests, our practice may include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga poses.

Are you travelling or unable to join me in person? I’m happy to offer private sessions by Zoom.  We can connect by email or phone beforehand to ensure you have any props or materials you might want for our practice.

Semi-Private & Group Classes

Do you have a conference, event, or special occasion that could benefit from some mindful movement? Whether it’s a break-out session at a conference or retreat, a birthday or wedding celebration, or a getaway with friends, a private yoga class is the ideal way to add a little healing and self-care to your itinerary.
